Dr. Priest will describe proven techniques and protocols that enhance esthetic outcomes based on his experience restoring thousands of implants over more than 20 years. Specific techniques, materials and components that profoundly impact implant esthetics will be highlighted. Topics covered include team collaboration, envisioning the end result, site preservation/ preparation, restoratively driven implant placement, soft tissue development, abutment selection, lab communication, integration of implants with other treatment modalities and the post-treatment assessment. This information-packed day will help restorative dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists and laboratory technicians to predictably enhance esthetic implant outcomes.

Objectives:

  • Direct implant placement with a restoratively driven surgical guide
  • Develop soft-tissue form with provisional restorations
  • Select materials and components specific to the esthetic zone
  • Communicate with the laboratory for ideal shade selection, abutment and crown contours
