In 2021, practitioners will be required to attest to completing two hours of continuing education (CE) in the areas of controlled substance prescribing practices, treatment of chronic pain, or other topics related to prescribing controlled substances. Expiration date for 2021 renewal is June 30, 2021. David Dryden, former Director, Division of Professional Regulations, will present the Controlled Substance Workshop via Webinar platform. Certification will be provided at the conclusion of the workshop.
