HELP! Local Hospitals Need DSDS Member Donations!

The DSDS office has received calls from Christiana Care, Nemours Hospital for Children and Beebe Hospital asking for donations of Personal Protective Equipment… IMMEDIATELY.

The hospitals are in need of gloves, gowns (including isolation gowns), face shields, Surgical Masks (including N95 small size) and hand sanitizers as their inventories are running very low.

IF YOU CAN HELP PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Inventory your supply of masks, gowns and gloves and be sure to set aside what you anticipate you will need for emergency/urgent care as well as future dental office hours.
• Determine where you would like to donate and call ahead to arrange for delivery times and locations (at both the hospitals and dental offices listed below).
• Document what items you have donated and email that list to the DSDS so we can keep records of donations. Also take a photo of your donation items and email to the DSDS for our website and/or newsletter.
