During this full day course, Dr. Todd A. Fleischman will introduce you to his relationship driven new patient experience and the comprehensive nature of its approach and results with the use of dental photography.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand why knowing who a patient is and what motivates them is critical to establishing a new relationship.
• Have organized approaches and systems to guide a patient through the most comprehensive exam of their dental experience.
• Communicate clearly with patients about their treatment needs using dental photography and learn how to manage them (along with your lab and specialists) through completion of their care.
• Celebrate the effort it takes to build a patient base of like-minded individuals and the results that come with it, while acknowledging the challenges when philosophies of care are not aligned.

About the Speaker

Todd A. Fleischman, DMD, received his undergraduate education from NYU with a degree in psychology followed by his doctoral dental degree at Temple University. He completed a post-graduate AEGD residency program with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Fleischman is an advocate for continuing education and has studied numerous dental curriculum including SPEAR Education in Scottsdale, Arizona and became a 2023 graduate of the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington. Since September 2010, he has run a fee-for-service, general dental practice in the Rittenhouse Square area of Center City Philadelphia focusing on comprehensive and cosmetic care.
